RIYADH, 29 May 2003 — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd yesterday appointed Abdullah ibn Muhammad Noor Rehaimy head of the Presidency of Civil Aviation in place of Dr. Ali Al-Khalaf, who was relieved of his duty and retired upon his request, the Royal Court said. The king also appointed Abdullah ibn Abdul Rahman Al-Hosain deputy minister of water and electricity.
