RIYADH, 7 June 2003 — Sudan has handed over to the Kingdom 17 Saudis and a Palestinian resident arrested at a paramilitary training camp in the African country, the Interior Ministry said yesterday. “The 18 men are currently being questioned about their motives,” the ministry said. An Interior Ministry official said the outcome of the interrogation would be announced in due course and thanked the Sudanese authorities for their cooperation.
