JEDDAH, 21 June 2003 — A Yemeni security official said police there are tracing three Saudis who crossed the border after they helped a suspected drug dealer escape from prison in Jizan, Al-Jazirah newspaper reported.
Saudi police have asked the Yemeni authorities for help in capturing the three. Officials say drug dealers and smugglers are cooperating to smuggle arms and explosives into the Kingdom to finance the drug trade.
