JEDDAH, 24 June 2003 — Abadi Al-Johar and Abdulmajeed Abdullah have confirmed they will take part in the Jeddah Festival 24, Al-Nadwa reported.
However, Muhammad Abdu has pulled out, the paper said, and efforts to persuade him to change his mind failed.
Kuwaiti singer Abdullah Al-Ruwaished and Saudi singers Rabeh Sagr and Abdulrab Idrees have also pulled out for unknown reasons. The festival will start in the June 26 at the Prince Abdullah stadium.
