ABHA, 17 July 2003 — Prince Sultan, second deputy premier and minister of defense and aviation, on Tuesday inaugurated a military exhibition at the King Khaled Air Base in Khamis Mushayt. The exhibition included an air show by the air force planes. Units from the Kingdom’s land, naval, and air forces took part in the military show, being held for the fifth time to promote tourism in the southern region alongside an exhibition of military equipment and weapons including tanks, aircraft, and missile launch pads.
