ABU DHABI, 28 July 2003 — The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) will leave its output ceiling unchanged when it meets in Vienna on Thursday, the United Arab Emirates oil minister said yesterday. “The most likely outcome of the meeting is keeping the production ceiling in its present state,” Obeid ibn Saif Al-Nasseri told the WAM news agency.
