RIYADH, 7 August 2003 — The Order of the Filipino Civil Engineers of Riyadh (OFCER) will hold its 1st technical seminar on Aug. 8 and 22. Alexis de Guzman, spokesman of the new professional organization, said the seminar on “Current Trends in Structural Analysis and Design” will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Riyadh International School’s (RIS) Islamic Section.
