It is obvious that sweet-talking American politicians have had little effect on the criminals of Tel Aviv. The Americans are trying to conciliate the Zionists. It looks as if the war criminal Sharon was not expecting the presents waiting for him at the White House last week. He did not expect that the president of the most powerful country in the world and his top advisers were busy finding him a present that symbolizes the myth of Zionist expansion.

According to Israeli sources, Sharon was surprised when he arrived at the White House, where a special present from the American president was given to him. The present was an old map of the Middle East from the year 1678. The map is called “Terra Sancta” (Latin for Holy Land) and includes parts of present-day Lebanon, Syria and Iraq.

The present carries a dangerous implication. Sharon thanked the American president, saying that he would keep it in a golden frame in his office. He said: “If I show this map to the Knesset or the government, they will approve it”.

Advisers to the American president should realize that remaking the world based on superstition is dangerous indeed. Just as is occupying other people’s lands, throwing them off the land and claiming that it has been given to the invaders by God. What can such behavior lead to other than bloodshed?

The American president and his assistants should fulfill their promises to return land to the Palestinians according to the 1967 borders — as agreed upon in the road map. It is possible that Sharon got approval for launching attacks on Syria, Lebanon and Iraq in addition to Palestine.

This is a stupid political act by the American government and a cheap way of sweet-talking Israel. Unless of course the purpose of giving the map to Sharon is to destroy the road map and toss it into the garbage along with Oslo, Madrid and most other agreements with Israel.

Giving the map was a reckless act by the American administration. We are used to such behavior from American politicians because they will do anything to be re-elected, get money and votes and remain in their jobs. This is sadly the Zionist cancer that will ultimately kill American politics and kill the precious and noble values on which the country was founded.
