JEDDAH, 10 September 2003 — Crown Prince Abdullah, deputy premier and commander of the National Guard, yesterday spoke with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak by telephone about Arab and global issues, especially the Palestinian problem, as well as ways of strengthening bilateral cooperation. The two leaders said Israel’s policies were obstructing international efforts to establish peace in the Middle East.
