Imagine a person who is always there when you need help. A person who encourages you constantly, making you feel better every step of the way. Someone you can open your heart to, and tell him what you truly feel inside. A person you can trust as a friend and confidant.
The person I admire the most is my father. He is truly one of the greatest people I know. It’s not what he says that makes me admire him, but what he does. His actions, goals, and his passion for life amaze me, and make me realize how little and small I am compared to this extraordinary person. As a result, he pushes me to become the best. He always tells me: “It’s easy to be at the top, but to stay at the top is the difficult part.” He explains to me that life isn’t easy, but is full of obstacles that cannot be removed except with hard work and great effort.
My father is someone that I not only love but also respect. He stands tall and strong, with great confidence and bravery. He never speaks ill of anyone, and always tries to find the good personality traits in everyone. He is a man who not only is the greatest father, but also a person who saves lives every single day. He is a heart surgeon, who with God’s help tries his best. As a result, he fixes the hearts of people everywhere, and he gave me my heart to live, feel, and understand the true significance of life. Without my father, I could have never been “me”, Liela Ahmed Jamjoom. This is my name, which I am tremendously proud of because it has my father’s name at the heart of it.
