RIYADH, 10 October 2003 — J. Pocsidio scored 25 points, 20 rebounds and 1 block shot as team GM Alissa recorded another impressive win, 86-65 against Steelcase Jeraisy in the King Khaled International Airport Basketball Association (KKIABA) held at the supervisor’s camp King Khaled International airport.
Steelcase Jeraisy was overpowered by GM Alissa with R. Dapat scoring 16 points, 2 steals and 1 rebound. Muzones and Latog had 15 and 12 points respectively.
In the other game of the week, KKIA/IAP bowed to the Saudi Oger ltd. 83-112. Nota had 30 points, 19 rebounds and 7 assist and 2 steals in the game. Pineda also added 21 points 6 rebounds and 2 steals as Lagman helped with 15 points 9 rebounds and 3 steals.
KKIA/IAP’s Abella, scored 29 points in the game including 2 triple point shots in the first and the second quarter. Oprenario, Tating added 14 points each and Ramos 10 points, 10 rebounds and 3 steals. Saudi Oger led by 8 points in the first quarter. KKIA made a comeback in the second quarter by outscoring Saudi Oger 24-21 but Saudi Oger rallied to victory at the end of the game.
