RIYADH, 13 October 2003 — The Arab National Bank has reported a 30 percent increase in its profit for the third quarter of this year from SR452.9 million to SR589.6 million. In a statement issued yesterday, the bank said there was a uniform growth in the bank’s performance with the net interest income increasing by eight percent to SR1.1 billion, fee income rising by 61 percent to SR200 million, and foreign exchange receipts up by 23 percent to reach SR71.5 million.
