RIYADH, 14 October 2003 — Crown Prince Abdullah, deputy premier and commander of the National Guard, has urged Saudi businessmen with funds abroad to give priority to the Kingdom when they invest. He made this comment after opening the Kingdom Tower here on Sunday night. In his statement on the occasion, Prince Alwaleed ibn Talal, chairman of Kingdom Holding Company, called upon the private sector to employ Saudis.
