RIYADH, 14 October 2003 — The Saudi Water and Electricity Company is studying tenders offered by 14 national and international firms to implement Shuaiba Phase-3 project, according to Water and Electricity Minister Dr. Ghazi Al-Gosaibi. The contract will be awarded to qualified firms or consortiums in the last quarter of this year, he added.
