JEDDAH, 18 October 2003 — Traffic police in Madinah say they have decided to impose a fine of SR100 on car owners who leave their vehicles to be washed by illegal workers on the side of the road, Okaz reported yesterday. Col. Siraj Kamal, director of the Traffic Department, said the measure was taken to discourage illegal workers.
