KUWAIT CITY, 20 October 2003 — Kuwait needs international oil companies to help raise its daily production capacity beyond three million barrels a day, a top Kuwaiti oil executive said yesterday. “The target is to raise our daily output to three million barrels and more. We know we are unable to do this on our own,” Ahmad Al-Arbeed, CEO of Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) told an oil conference.
