DAMMAM, 26 December 2003 — In a Premier Division League match of the Khalifa Al-Gosaibi League of the EPCA, Imran Tigers registered their first win over Natest.

Natest scored 219. Shahzad and Kashif scored 44 each. Talal captured 3 wickets for 32. Imran Tigers reached the target in 30 overs. Wasim Malik scored 101 not out. Talal Iqbal contributed 56 runs.

Nawab defeated Close Up by 7 wickets. Batting first Close Up scored 266. Captain Naeem WR (46) and Asim Baig (50) batted well. Rizwan and Tariq Tanveer took 2 wickets each. Nawab achieved the target in 37 overs. Waheed (136) was supported by Sajjad (44) and Riaz Saeed (42) not out. For Close Up, Ian took 2 wickets.

Kanoo defeated AGE by 9 wickets. AGE were all out for 182. Mahmood Ali scored 67 runs and Asif scored 30. Naheed, Ejaz Saeed and Bali took 3 wickets each. Kanoo achieved victory in 28 overs. Akhter Mahmood was 72 not out and Iqbal Bali 67 not out after Goga had scored 28.

In First Division League, Rani hammered a total of 372 for 7 wickets against Youngsters.

Amin Sajjad scored 87 with six towering sixes. Sadiq scored 67, Asif scored 63 and Talha Basith scored 48 runs. Raza and Imtiaz claimed two wickets each.

In reply, Youngsters managed to score 305 in 40 overs. Qayyum for Youngsters scored 101 and Kamran scored 77. Basit bowled well and took 3 wickets for 25. Sadiq took 2 for 56.

SVM outplayed K.A. Al-Gosaibi by 8 wickets. Gosaibi was bowled out for 214 runs. Shakeel took 3 wickets for 5. Ishaq and Faisal took 2 wickets each. SVM reached the target in 37 overs. A fine century by Muhammad Ayub (101), and well supported by Ishaq Mohiddin with 51 runs sealed the win. Akbar and Pervez took 1 wicket each for Gosaibi.

ADPCO beated Hyderabad Blues by 67 runs. ADPCO were all out for 222 in 36 overs. Taqi took 6 wickets for 41 and Zubair 2 for 46.

Hyderabad Blues were all out for 155 runs. Sajid scored 45 and was the top scorer. Ahmed and Shakir took 3 wickets each.

Basim International beat Shaikh Fayyaz by 40 runs. Basim batted first and scored 237 for 8. Ishaq scored 91 runs, Saifullah made 37 and Qasim claimed 3 wickets for 38 runs.

SH Fayyaz were all out for 197 runs. Mudassar scored 51 runs, Nasser scored 30 runs and Junaid took 4 wickets for 30 runs.
