RIYADH, 29 December 2003 — The new State Minister for Shoura Affairs Dr. Saud Al-Mathami yesterday took the oath before Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd.
Top officials including Shoura Council Chairman Dr. Saleh Bin-Humaid attended the ceremony.
