JEDDAH, 6 January 2004 — The Boholano Community in Jeddah (BCJ) will hold a general assembly on Thursday at 8 p.m. to elect its officers for 2004 and discuss its projects for the year.
In a meeting held recently, incumbent president Diomedes Budlong reported on their accomplishment for the past year.
“We have likewise donated cash to our poor countrymen through the radio program Inyong Alagad, in an effort to help alleviate the sufferings of the less privileged,” he said.
Boholano Investors Group (BIG), the group’s financial arm, is led by Ric Cordero. Its other officers are Armie Diaz, secretary; Domy Visaya, treasurer; and Danny Salgados, auditor. It’s board of directors include Diomy Budlong, Melchor Abcede, Redentor Bual, and Vincio Abcede.
