RIYADH, 12 January 2004 — Crown Prince Abdullah, deputy premier and commander of the National Guard, yesterday held talks with Dr. Muhammad Bahrul Uloom, a member of the Iraqi Governing Council. The crown prince also received a message from Afghanistan’s interim President Hamid Karzai.
