JEDDAH, 23 January 2004 — A 10-member Spanish trade delegation ended its visit to the Kingdom over the weekend. An official at the Spanish Embassy’s commercial office yesterday described it has having been a “useful experience for the participants.”
The group had several one-on-one meetings with Saudi businessmen during their two-day stay in Riyadh and three-day visit to Jeddah. As a result of the trip, several of the Spanish businesses have lined up potential agents and distributors.
The delegation comprised companies specializing in construction industry services and products, industrial catering equipment, warehouse systems, cold storage equipment and food flavoring agents.
