RIYADH, 26 January 2004 — Saudi Arabia yesterday denied a report carried by Kuwait’s Assiyassah newspaper that it had presented a new proposal to end the Arab-Israeli conflict. “The Kingdom has presented only one proposal, which was endorsed by the Arab League summit,” an official source said, adding that the report carried by the Kuwaiti daily on the Kingdom’s proposal regarding settlement of Palestinian refugees was totally false.
