JEDDAH, 8 February 2004 — The new Turkish ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Ugar Dogan, arrived in Riyadh on Monday. According to the Turkish Embassy, he will soon present his credentials to the Saudi government along with messages of friendship, cooperation and solidarity from the Turkish government.
