JEDDAH, 16 February 2004 — A local joint venture company, Nestle Middle East (NME), has set an example in vigorously Saudizing its staff. “We’re committed to investing in local employment and training and are systematically pursuing Saudization,” said Abdul Rauf H. Redwan, head of personnel at NME which is a joint venture between Nestle and Saudi Food Industries Co. Ltd. “Saudis constitute 44 percent of our 160-member staff,” Redwan said.
