CAIRO, 16 February 2004 — A Saudi Arabian Airlines plane made an emergency landing at Cairo Airport yesterday to save the life of a Turkish passenger when he suffered a severe asthma attack. The flight was on its way from Madinah to the Turkish city of Izmir. Despite the urgent assistance of the ground medical staff, the passenger died on his way to hospital. The plane later continued its flight to Izmir.
