DAMMAM, 16 February 2004 — The Eastern Province Cement Company (EPCC) has announced a profit of SR257 million for the year 2003, five percent up on profit last year. A board of directors meeting, which was held Saturday, announced that in the year 2003 the company sold 2.7 million tons of cement as compared with 2.5 million tons the previous year.
