JEDDAH, 23 February 2004 - Pakistan's Ambassador Abdul Aziz Mirza said overseas Pakistanis living in the Kingdom have endorsed the policies of the present government to make peace with India. They support the peace talks between India and Pakistan, he said. Speaking at a community function held here to bid farewell to Malik Tariq Javed, consul at the Pakistan Consulate General, the ambassador said he has been receiving a lot of feedback from Pakistanis in the Kingdom declaring their support for the government's peace moves and other policies. Tariq Javed thanked the community for organizing the function and urged the overseas Pakistanis to remain united.
