MADINAH, 27 February 2004 — Thirty-four Indian pilgrims were injured on the Hijrah highway leading to Madinah when the bus driver fell asleep at the wheel. According to Al-Madinah newspaper, 10 ambulances were needed to transport the injured to King Fahd Hospital.
