KUWAIT CITY, 1 March 2004 - Kuwait and Iraq have finalized the first draft of an agreement under which Iraq would supply the emirate with natural gas through a pipeline used by the two nations more than a decade ago, Kuwait's Deputy Energy Minister Isa Aal-Oun said yesterday. The flow of gas, initially to begin at 35 million cubic feet per day, however is not expected to start for yet another year, he added.
