JEDDAH, 2 March 2004 — Saudi and Yemeni military officials held talks yesterday on security arrangements along the 1,800-kilometer porous border between the two countries. The meeting, in the southern city of Najran close to the frontier, was co-chaired by Chief of Staff Gen. Saleh Al-Muhaya and his Yemeni counterpart Maj. Gen. Muhammad Al-Qassemi.
