Canon Middle East recently held a six-day training session for its regional partners at Canon Middle East headquarters, Dubai. The focus of the session in the first three days was on high-precision adjustments to meet the growing demand of digital SLR users in the region. Trainees were able to enhance their technical skills by learning the inside mechanism of the cameras, which will allow them to better address and service customer inquiries. The second training session revolved around 2-megapixel Canon video cameras, the DM-MVX3i and DM-MVX10i explaining the complex service adjustment and the latest techniques to service the world’s leading 1CCD digital camcorder.
Technical skills training sessions have become a regular component of Canon Middle East’s support for its partners in the region. This is a commitment that Canon will continue to fulfill to its partners throughout the year.
