RIYADH, 10 March 2004 — Saudi police officers will get training in airport protection in Prague under a security program between the Kingdom and the Czech Republic.
The announcement follows talks between Naif Arab Academy for Security Studies and the Czech Police Academy.
Dr. Hana Bartosova, president of the Czech Police Academy, wrapped up her visit on Saturday after meeting with key security officials in the Kingdom.
The training program will be followed by a course on drug trafficking by Czech experts, according to Tomas Strnad, third secretary at the Czech Embassy.
