RIYADH, 12 March 2004 — Ahmad Al-Tuwaijri, manager of rural and municipal affairs in Riyadh, announced the signing of number of contracts to carry out number of projects in Riyadh with total value of SR95.6 million, Eqtisadiah reported. These contracts include, SR30.1 million for roads, sidewalks and street lights, SR7.4 million for new roads and installing lights, SR11.7 million for building roads in villages surrounding Riyadh, SR13.3 million for flood water drainage, SR3.2 million to protect Hanefa valley, SR1.2 million for an irrigation system in Ruwaidah and SR3.8 for establishment projects.
