TABUK, 15 March 2004 — Manager of the General Administration of Water in Tabuk, Samer Haddad, has told Eqtisadiah that SR513 million has been approved for ten water projects this year in Tabuk. The projects so far approved include SR18 million for three dams, SR100 million for the Umloj desalination plant, SR250 million for water projects in Tabuk, SR30 million for a water pipe network, and an additional SR20 million for maintenance of the water network and for digging new wells.
