JEDDAH, 23 March 2004 — Crown Prince Abdullah, deputy premier and commander of the National Guard, said yesterday that the establishment of National Human Rights Association was part of the Kingdom’s political reforms. He was receiving Dr. Abdullah Al-Obaid, the president, and women members of the independent body. “The NHRA will be based on the Qur’an and Sunnah and the country’s basic governing system,” the crown prince said.
