RIYADH, 25 March 2004 — Sagia reports that as of March 21, it has issued a total of 2,220 licenses to foreign operators for projects worth a total of SR57.328 billion ($15.28 billion). Out of these, 1,526 projects with a total capital of SR38.905 billion ($10.37 billion) are for 100-percent foreign owned projects.
