JOUF — A mentally ill man was caught after he stole an ambulance from a local hospital. The man was receiving treatment in a psychiatric hospital. According to doctors, the man had been watching the hospital for days waiting for a chance to steal the ambulance. He was caught some 90 kilometes from the hospital.
