RIYADH, 4 April 2004 — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd returned here yesterday after spending a few weeks in Tanhat Gardens outside the capital. The king was greeted on arrival by high-ranking officials including Prince Sultan, second deputy premier and minister of defense and aviation.
