NAMAS, 10 May 2004 — People in the town of Namas watched three teenagers painting a wall that they had earlier painted graffiti on. Police also watched the teenagers painting the wall after a judge ruled that they must do so at their own expense. Local teenagers objected to the judge’s decision, saying that they had no place to express themselves and the municipality ought to build a wall for them to write graffiti on.
