RIYADH, 11 May 2004 — Al-Qabda real estate company has signed a contract worth more than SR971 million for the commercial and residential project near the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah. Zaid Mohammad Al-Sherif, president of Al-Qabda, said the contract was signed with the construction company after an investigation by specialists.
Sheikh Kamal Adhem, president of the other company, expressed his pleasure in signing a contract for the center and added that it is an honor to build such a project in such a special area. He added that while the Bani Najjar Souq will only take 14 months to complete, the rest of the project is scheduled to be completed 16 months later.
