JEDDAH, 29 October 2004 — In the tenth round of the King Fahd Cup Soccer League four games were played. At Prince Faisal ibn Fahd stadium in Riyadh, Al-Nasr met Ohod of Madinah with the game ending in Nasr’s favor 2-0.

Both the goals came in the second half through Muhammad Al-Yousif in the 69th minute and by Saad Al-Zahrani in the 92nd minute. Nasr moved to the top with 18 points while Ohod remained in the last position with 5 points.

In Prince Muhammad ibn Abdul Aziz Stadium in Madinah, Al-Ansar took on Al- Ittifaq of Dammam. It was important for Ittifaq to win. But as it turned out Ittifaq were held to a 1-1 draw by Ansar who really found their touch in the second half. Ittifaq scored the first goal in the 38th minute through Muhammad Al-Suhali.

Al-Ansar came out fighting in the second half determined to score and after a sustained period of action secured the equalizer, which was scored by Senegal’s Deouph from a header.

Al-Ansar remains in 10th place with 9 points while Ittifaq is in 11th position with 7 points.

In Makkah, Al-Wehda scored an important win against Al-Taie of Hail in a game played in Makkah. Idrees was the first to score for Taie in the 50th minute. Wehda then swiftly equalized two minutes later through Talal Al-Khaibari.

The referee awarded Taie a penalty kick, which was converted, in the 70th minute and then Majed Al-Hazazi scored the equalizer in the 82nd minute and followed it up with the winner in injury time to seal a 3-2 win for Wehda. Wehda remain in 7th position with 11 points, while Taie are in 5th position with 13 points.

In Dammam, Al-Qadisiya drew against Al- Riyadh 1-1. Yasir Al-Qahtani was the first to score in 36th minute and Riyadh equalized two minutes later from a free kick. Qadisiya remain in sixth position with 12 points, while Riyadh are in ninth position with 9 points.
