JEDDAH, 20 November 2004 — Middle East Financial Technology Exhibition and Conference (MEFTEC 2004), which will take place at Bahrain International Exhibition Center from Nov. 22-24, will witness a Saudi participation to demonstrate the Electronic Authentication and Attestation for banks and financial institutes.
This follows the successful participation at Dubai Gitex 2004, where House of Development successfully exhibited the Saudi invention’s “the Electronic Authentication via the Internet system.”
The system enjoyed high acceptance by ministries, chambers of commerce and private companies. House of Development is now participating in MEFTEC 2004 by exhibiting its new innovated service for banks and financial institutes.
On this occasion Ahmed Badrais, the marketing manager, said:”House of Development has made a big step toward the implementation of the electronic authentication and attestation system. This system provides authentication, attestation, writing, printing services through the Internet, enabling businessmen to do all their attestation and authentication works inside their offices without the need of going to the chambers of commerce. This system, as well, will enable them to print their documents through the Internet from any place inside or outside the Kingdom by assigning the printing process to any other person.”
He added: “Recently we have expanded our network and launched other services of high standards such as the Electronic Authentication and Attestation system for banks and Financial institutes, which will be displayed for the first time in the MEFTEC, a show that provides excellent opportunity to demonstrate this unique Saudi system.”
He also asserted that such system will help banks to better serve their clients and enhance the relationship between them. This system forms an ideal example of the excellent relationship between both parties and will enable banks and other financial institutes to offer creditable and high quality services where signature correctness is a must.
The Electronic Authentication and Attestation system has received high praise from the Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the Saudi Ministry of Commerce, Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (SABIC) and other local companies. The inventors have received several invitations from various Arab countries to demonstrate and implement this system.
