HAIL, 30 November 2004 — A 45-year-old father could not believe that he will get married and have more than one wife, Al-Jazirah reported. The father went to the neighborhood with his son to ask for the hand of the daughter for his son. Instead, the father of the daughter insisted that the father should marry his daughter instead of the son. The father and son were stunned at the request. Father of the son had no choice but to accept the nice offer and whisper into his son’s ear, “sorry son, and better luck next time”.
