JEDDAH, 1 December 2004 — Police in Bahra, 25 kilometers east of Jeddah, are investigating a fight involving scores of students, which started in a high school, Al-Madinah reported. It started when two students from different tribes were involved in a fight. A group of students, from the tribe of one of the students, piled in to support their tribe member. Soon other members from the other tribe joined in to defend their tribe member. Police had to intervene and arrested several students and one of the teachers for participating in the fight. The Red Crescent transported all injured students to hospital.
