DAMMAM, 8 December 2004 — A private clinic in Dammam witnessed a strange incident that ended up with a Bangladeshi driver being beaten up, Al-Youm reported. It started when one of the clinic female staff received a text message in Urdu from the Bangladeshi driver who was harassing her and wanted to express his feelings to her in Urdu. She called her brother who arrived and took her phone to an Urdu speaker who translated the text message. The brother called police to take action and went to the hospital and found the driver and started beating him. Police arrested both the brother and driver and took them for questioning.
