RIYADH — Crown Prince Abdullah and Sultan Qaboos of Oman held talks on bilateral relations and regional and world issues at the Crown Prince’s palace here. Sultan Qaboos arrived in Riyadh yesterday on an official visit. He was received at the airport by Prince Abdullah, Prince Sultan, second deputy premier and minister of defense and other senior Saudi officials.
