JEDDAH, 7 June 2005 — Jeddah’s Manarul Uloom International School organized family meets for different grades on different days recently. “The main objective was to have a healthy interaction between the parents who are the first teachers and the teachers who are the second parents,” said school Managing Director M.V.A. Salim who inaugurated the meets. Principal A. Rahmathunnisa, in her presentation, stressed the importance of cocurricular activities “which should teach our children to win with glory and lose with patience.” Various activities were organized for students alongside the meets. Best students were honored during the meets. They included a number of children from the KG section, and Hana Hameed, Bhavatharini, Niha Khan, Juwariah Farooqi Fatima Shirin, Zamil, Salwa Meeran, and Ramees Abdulrahim from the school section.
