JEDDAH, 9 June 2005 — A Saudi man did not know that thinking of marrying another wife would land him in trouble, Al-Madinah newspaper reported. The Saudi man who cannot bear living with his current wife phoned a matchmaker to search for his dream wife. The man did not know that his wife was listening to him on another phone sharing the same line. She heard everything her husband was telling the matchmaker until finally, the matchmaker said he had just the woman the man was looking for. At that point, the man’s wife entered the conversation; the matchmaker quickly hung up when he realized what was happening and the man was left to face his wife’s anger.
