Dar Janna School held its annual art exhibition. The exhibition shed light on such well-known figures as Umm Kalthoum, Fairuz, Mohammad Ali, Salahuddin Al-Ayubi. It aimed at introducing students to the achievements of different people from different cultures and how they had influenced history.

Regarding the exhibition, Sahar Husami, an art teacher explained:

“This year we presented an exhibition of Arab and foreign world figures to illuminate the roles they played in history. The idea was to develop a love of knowledge for students as well as connecting general information with art and life. The exhibition also sought to show how strong these people were and the effect they have on us despite the passing of time and, in many cases, their deaths. We hope the students, boys and girls, will be inspired to take one or more of these people as role models.”
