JEDDAH, 26 June 2005 — An Arab foreign resident suffered from a stroke after STC sent him a bill of SR1 million, Al-Madinah newspaper reported. The foreign man could not believe that he received a bill that high. The man was paralyzed for six months after he suffered from the stroke. After investigating with STC, it turned out that the man was a victim of a gang that passed phone calls illegally through his phone line. Police arrested number of suspects in the game and identified the criminal responsible for the act because he has a long history in it.
